Arm Marking Reports

Team coaches can generate their own arm marking reports (entry report) from the meet's report page.

Heat Sheets

Heat sheets (meet programs) must be published no earlier than 24 hours before the meet start time. To accomplish this, generate a PDF report and upload it to the resources section and use the email feature to notify everyone that the heat sheets have been published. 

Meet Results

After completing your meet on Swimcloud, use the email tab and send an email to the EFSL AO. In your email, state that the meet is ready for review and include a link to the meet page (use the mail merge feature). Leave the meet unlocked!

If you have any questions or concerns regarding time determination/adjudication, please include them in your email.

Unattached Swimmers (EFSL Nomads)

Do not mark them as unattached or exhibition in Swimcloud.
