Furthermore, all swim meets hosted, organized, or managed by the EFSL are strictly unsanctioned, unapproved, and unobserved by any external swimming organization or governing body. Consequently, all official swim times, scores, and results achieved at EFSL competitions are used for EFSL purposes only (including but not limited to EFSL meet seeding, league championships, and EFSL records). These times will not be submitted to, and may not be recognized by, or considered valid for external national or international swimming database registries, official rankings, or outside qualification cuts. All official names, trademarks, and logos used remain the property of their respective owners. The use of any trade name or trademark is for identification and reference purposes only and does not imply any association with the trademark holder.
